What happens to old credit card after upgrade?
Old card reward points to new card not accumulated. But representative said
It will be accumulated..

20000 points if I spend 2000 in first month.
1000 fuel, 3000 for rent. (No way to spend in lock down)

2nd year onwards we have to rely on annual rewards once we reach the milestone rewards.

My icici Amazon pay credit card doesn’t have any milestone rewards.

It’s in the active form , you use it, just not using a credit card. No charges nothing untill expires.
