Temporay solution:
Add every tim in a transaction to get 3%-5% discount amazon shopping.
Unbale to pay credit card bill on Amazon App.
Same problem Verifcation failed. also desktop browser.
but deducted from icici card.
Why is my credit card not working on Amazon?
Becuase thee is glitch after RBI Secure card verifcation. or intentionally they did save 5% discount.
